Paperwork-Only Marriage Ceremony (Friday to Sunday) This service is ideal for couples who want a simple, legal marriage without the fuss — just the essential words, the paperwork signed, and you're officially married! What’s Included: One online meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and talk through the legalities, both parties need to be present at this online meeting. A short legal ceremony attended by: You and your partner Two witnesses (you may provide your own or request witnesses for an additional fee) Myself, as your registered celebrant All legally required wording spoken during the ceremony. Completion and signing of the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage prior to the ceremony. A brief verbal consent taken individually from each of you prior to the ceremony. Signing of the three legal marriage certificates during the ceremony. Availability: This service is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at select times, subject to availability. An additional fee applies for weekend bookings. Travel outside of Northcote is available — travel fees apply. Additional Fees May Apply For: Weekend bookings (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Travel to alternate venues Supplying two official witnesses GST is applicable on all bookings Official Registered Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages can be ordered and processed for you for $120 By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions – Marry Me Now This service contract is designed to be open, honest, and transparent. By booking a Paperwork Only Marriage with Marry Me Now, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment constitutes a non-refundable booking fee, which secures your appointment and covers administrative time. All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of changes in circumstance. Should you wish to change the date or time of your wedding after booking, an administration/change fee will apply. 2. Validity of Booking and Services Your payment secures the service for the duration of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) validity, which is 18 months from the date of lodgement. If the marriage does not take place within this 18-month period, a new booking fee is required. 3. Pricing Policy All prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Marry Me Now. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured for the 18 month validity of the NOIM; however, future bookings over this time frame, may reflect updated pricing. 4. Legal Requirements & Documentation You agree to provide all required legal documentation, including: Valid passports or birth certificates and photo identification. Divorce certificates or death certificates, if applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) is completed and received by Marry Me Now at least 30 days before your wedding date. The marriage cannot proceed unless the NOIM is properly lodged within the legal timeframe. 5. Eligibility to Marry By booking this service, you confirm that: You are both over the age of 18. You are not related to each other by blood or marriage. Neither party is currently legally married. You both fully and freely consent to the marriage. You will provide two witnesses to attend the ceremony, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. General Disclaimer Marry Me Now reserves the right to refuse service where legal or ethical concerns arise, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, failure to meet legal timeframes, or suspected misuse of the marriage process.
