Short & Sweet Wedding with Photographer This service is ideal for couples who want a beautiful, intimate celebration with a few guests, two witnesses, and a professional photographer to capture every special moment, all while keeping things relaxed, legal, and meaningful. What’s Included: A short and sweet ceremony that runs for under 15 minutes, including: A warm welcome and brief introduction All legally required wording Optional personal vows, if you’d like to include them One online meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and talk through the legalities, both parties need to be present at this online meeting. A wedding ceremony handbook with example scripts and wording to help you personalise your ceremony Completion and signing of all legal paperwork, including: The NOIM (lodged at least 30 days before the wedding) The Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage (signed before the ceremony) and gathering your verbal consent separate to one another. The three official marriage certificates (signed during the ceremony) Ceremony attendance by: You and your partner Two witnesses (supplied by you or available for an additional fee) Myself, as your authorised celebrant Unlimited phone and email support throughout your planning Professional photography included (2 hours) to beautifully capture your ceremony and portraits Location & Availability: Ceremonies can be held: At my home In a nearby park Or at a location within 20km of Northcote, Victoria (travel within this radius is included) Available Monday to Thursday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm Evening or Friday to Sunday wedding ceremonies may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability Travel beyond 20km and non-standard times are available by request — custom pricing applies Additional Fees May Apply For: Ceremonies outside of standard hours or travel range Supplying two official witnesses Official Registered Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages ($120) Evening and weekend ceremonies GST is applicable on all bookings Please contact me for availability, package options, or if you’d like help choosing the perfect ceremony style for you. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions – Marry Me Now This service contract is designed to be open, honest, and transparent. By booking a Paperwork Only Marriage with Marry Me Now, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment constitutes a non-refundable booking fee, which secures your appointment and covers administrative time. All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of changes in circumstance. Should you wish to change the date or time of your wedding after booking, an administration/change fee will apply. 2. Validity of Booking and Services Your payment secures the service for the duration of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) validity, which is 18 months from the date of lodgement. If the marriage does not take place within this 18-month period, a new booking fee is required. 3. Pricing Policy All prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Marry Me Now. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured for the 18 month validity of the NOIM; however, future bookings over this time frame, may reflect updated pricing. 4. Legal Requirements & Documentation You agree to provide all required legal documentation, including: Valid passports or birth certificates and photo identification. Divorce certificates or death certificates, if applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) is completed and received by Marry Me Now at least 30 days before your wedding date. The marriage cannot proceed unless the NOIM is properly lodged within the legal timeframe. 5. Eligibility to Marry By booking this service, you confirm that: You are both over the age of 18. You are not related to each other by blood or marriage. Neither party is currently legally married. You both fully and freely consent to the marriage. You will provide two witnesses to attend the ceremony, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. General Disclaimer Marry Me Now reserves the right to refuse service where legal or ethical concerns arise, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, failure to meet legal timeframes, or suspected misuse of the marriage process. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
